Age 50, of Watkins Glen, passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2010 at Arnot-Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY.
Kim was born in Rochester, New York on August 2, 1959.
She is survived by her mother, Frances M. Thomas (James) of Myrtle Beach, SC; son, James Skelly III of Queen Creek, AZ; sisters, Frances A. Buckley of Burdett, Sherry Holt (Skip) of Cayuta, Deanna Simmons (Kevin) of Myrtle Beach, SC; special aunt, Josephine Rumsey of Ithaca; and many nieces and nephews.
