Age 60, of Route 414, Watkins Glen, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY.

The family will receive friends at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Monday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm; a funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00am; Rev. J. Keith Kissel will officiate.

She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Murphy, on May 5, 2006. Survivors include; a daughter, Toni Monroe (Jeff Forney), of Hector; son Darren (Kelly) Monroe, of Hawaii; special daughter, Brittany Blaha (Steven Oliver), of Townsend; special son, Gerry (Vicky) Grady, of Odessa; sister, Margeret Berry, of Watkins Glen; Esther (Gene) Swartz, Mae June (Leonard) Selman; brother, Howard (Marie) Rudy, and sister-in-law, Esther Rudy, all of Akron, OH; sister-in-law, JoAnne (Steve) Cowulich, of Horseheads, brother-in-law, William (Sandra) Murphy, of Horseheads;; and four grandchildren, Connor Monroe, Jakob Johnson, and Kayla and Alex Grady, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by both parents, Melvin and Esther Rudy; and brother, Raymond Rudy.

Patsy was a member of the Moose Auxiliary (Chapter #1401) of Montour Falls; VFW Auxiliary (Post #2674) of Watkins Glen; and American Legion Auxiliary (Post #1208) of Wayne, NY. Patsy worked as a clerk for the Schuyler County Dept. of Social Services.
